What is the risk of being loved?
Receiving love is like falling down into uncertain territory, where everything that you know is not relevant anymore. It is a space where your attachment to who you are dissolves. There is nothing left of your old identity and the illusion that you are on your own and that something belongs to you. In this vast space of love, all your parts are falling apart leaving nothing where everything can happen at once. It is chaotic and terrifying and it feels like you are about to die. And it is accurate. It is the death of your-Self. Space that was terrifying me since I was a child when I was entering the void where there is no beginning and no end and nothing lasts forever. There is constant movement and change without the end. Now I call it Evolution.
By opening the space in your heart for feeling loved you make yourself available for interactions and constant exchange. The love energy once comes through you and penetrates your bodies shifts you all over again and again. You do not stay the same. It is the opening for the Creation that comes with the Love energy that awakens your cells to be fully vibrant and alive. The energy flow starts to move in your bodies bringing the wisdom to the surface of the seeds you carry. The one that speaks through you is not you anymore. It is a Source of Creation that flows through your Being.
The biggest fear I experience of being loved is the fear that I will lose myself. This means I lose everything that I know, everything that I could use as a meaning of who I am so that I can feel safe by knowing. You can’t fully love and be loved if you want to hold on to something and grab it for the temporary feeling of stability and grounding. Love is groundless. By embracing love you decide to let go of everything and serve the Love energy that flows through you. You are like a leaf held by the wind, changing direction and not knowing where it lands and for how long. You know that you keep living no matter what as the natural force of creation is unstoppable.
Being loved means being connected. Being connected gives you the endless possibilities of Creation towards the Evolution.
Interconnectedness
I am a Woman and the fact that I can source something is the evidence that I am connected to something bigger. I also have parts. The one part of me is all the time jacked into the big source of Everything. There are also parts that are disconnected from that as their energy doesn’t match. They are run by vibrations of emotions, stories, and resentments. They naturally detach themselves as they do not resonate with the quality of the source. The connection is the glue to the source. The connection comes with feelings that bring the energy to unite. The lack of it creates separation and the parts that are separated serve different purposes than Love. Then the highest potential of the source is not possible and the energy is leaking towards the destruction.
It happens in each of us individually and also in the group and in the collective field. Yet, our responsibility as evolutionary Beings is to be aware of these parts and their purposes. By bringing consciousness and clarity to the feelings we bring more energy into the source. Everything that is not yet in the source has the potential to transform, like emotions that carry the information and energy that can be used for Creation. Like that, the evolution happens. We are the energy in motion and we have the natural ability to create. Being in the space of everythingness creates the ability to move forward, through the unknown, to the next piece. In this space, there is no time. The only time is now.
The information from there can be used for healing, for the creation of the new, for transformation.
Things happen for a reason. You are sure of it. You are sure of it because, in your Being, you know that we are all connected. Yes, we are individuals, responsible for our judgments and in possession of our own free will, but nonetheless, we are part of something larger. Some may call it the collective unconscious. Others may label it spirit or life force. But whatever your word of choice, you gain confidence from knowing that we are not isolated from one another or the Earth and the life on it. This feeling of Connectedness implies certain responsibilities. If we are all part of a larger picture, then we must not harm other Beings, including Gaia, because we will be harming ourselves. We must not exploit because we will be exploiting ourselves. Your awareness of these responsibilities creates decisions and actions that are the manifestation of Loving Creation.
Certain of the unity of humankind, you are a bridge builder for people of different cultures. Sensitive to the invisible hand, you can give others comfort that there is a purpose beyond our humdrum lives. The feeling of interconnectedness sustains you in the face of life’s mysteries.
What is left when nothing is left?
Fear. The vibrant, circulating energy that when in flow brings the next piece of life’s art. A new beginning that finds its ways to create wider network of connection. Connection in relations, ideas, and spaces. From this little spark coming from nowhere grows the unique form of energy that has its structure, colors, sounds, and intentions and gaining more clarity. You create something new by energy input like a glassblower creating a transparent form, yet solid and clear. The Creation starts with one’s attention. Attention is followed by energy. Energy follows by the Creation. As the human Beings that has consciousness, we have the ability to direct our attention to any place we want. Like that, we can create everything. It is not magic. It is a consequence, althought it is pretty magical.
By living life as your-Self, you can choose to feed your parts, and create more of your own bubble of things that you are attached to. You can own more wealth, create more powerful identities, and more inner worlds that make you feel safe. And it works. It gives you satisfaction on a certain level. And on a deeper level, something is missing. It is the forgotten feeling, in all your bodies, that you are connected to the space all around you. And you can keep forgetting or pretending that you can leave by your-Self. The thing is that you may not feel connected but you can never be disconnected. It is not possible. The information is flowing to you constantly whether you want it or not. What is in your power is to receive it or not. What you create is a choice. You can create from the place of your-Self where you know how things go, what to do, what works, and keep repeating the same patterns. For that, you need to use a lot of energy to put such pressure on you so that you follow your own plan not noticing what the space is trying to tell you. You are oriented on the result and to keep following your path you need to numb yourself from the impulses that come from your feelings as they may disturb your track. The amount of strategies that are used for this mission eats the majority of your energy. The risk in that case is that the power of Evolution will not come through you, which in my opinion, is the force that makes your life as a Being on Earth meaningful. You can keep trying and doing and the longing for something more ecstatic will get bigger and bigger.
What if you try something different? Something that is way more alive – to let go of everything that you know and open up for the impulses from the space? How that would be to be held by something larger and follow the impulses from moment to moment. Your mind may ask „How?” How to not follow automatic responses from my bodies, how to redirect my attention, and how to know what to do next. All that starts from noticing. Being present in the now, being alert to your fear, and observing your inner world. In this little space of noticing and apprehension is a power of change. In this little moment, you open up for all the other possibilities than those that you know. It is time for celebration. You noticed the gap.
Life is an unpredictable, non-linear, wild rollercoaster full of sensations, intensity of experiences, and movement. It is a ballet of Creation. Will you dance?

Przestrzeń, która przerażała mnie od dziecka, kiedy wkraczałam w pustkę, gdzie nie ma początku ani końca i nic nie trwa wiecznie. Jest ciągły ruch i zmiana bez końca. Teraz nazywam to Ewolucją.
Otwierając przestrzeń w swoim sercu na uczucie miłości, sprawiasz, że stajesz się dostępna dla interakcji i ciągłej wymiany. Energia miłości, która przez ciebie przepływa i penetruje twoje ciała, zmienia cię wciąż na nowo. Nie pozostajesz taka sama. Jest to otwarcie na Kreację, która przypływa wraz z energią Miłości, która budzi twoje komórki, aby były w pełni żywe i żywe. Przepływ energii zaczyna poruszać się w twoich ciałach, przynosząc mądrość na powierzchnię nasion, które nosisz. Ten, który przemawia przez ciebie, nie jest już tobą. To Źródło Stworzenia, które przepływa przez twoją Istotę.
Największy strach, jakiego doświadczam przed byciem kochaną, to strach przed utratą siebie. Bycie kochaną oznacza bycie połączoną. Bycie połączoną daje nieskończone możliwości Tworzenia w kierunku Ewolucji.
Wzajemne powiązania
Jestem kobietą i fakt, że mogę coś pozyskać ze źródła jest dowodem na to, że jestem połączona z czymś większym. Mam też części. Jedna część mnie jest cały czas podłączona do wielkiego źródła Wszystkiego. Są też części, które są od tego odłączone, ponieważ ich energia nie pasuje. Kierują nimi wibracje emocji, historii i żalu. W naturalny sposób odłączają się, ponieważ nie rezonują z jakością źródła. Połączenie jest klejem do źródła. Połączenie pochodzi z uczuć, które przynoszą energię do zjednoczenia. Jego brak tworzy separację, a oddzielone części służą innym celom niż Miłość. Wtedy najwyższy potencjał źródła nie jest możliwy, a energia wycieka w kierunku zniszczenia.
Dzieje się to w każdym z nas indywidualnie, a także w grupie i w kolektywnym polu. Jednak naszą odpowiedzialnością jako istot ewolucyjnych jest bycie świadomym tych części i ich celów. Przynosząc świadomość i klarowność uczuć, wnosimy więcej energii do źródła. Wszystko, co nie jest jeszcze w źródle, ma potencjał do transformacji, jak emocje, które niosą informacje i energię, które mogą być wykorzystane do Kreacji. W ten sposób następuje Ewolucja. Jesteśmy energią w ruchu i mamy naturalną zdolność do tworzenia. Przebywanie w przestrzeni wszechrzeczy tworzy zdolność do poruszania się naprzód, poprzez nieznane, do następnego elementu. W tej przestrzeni nie ma czasu. Jedynym czasem jest teraz.
Informacje stamtąd mogą być wykorzystane do uzdrawiania, do tworzenia nowego, do transformacji.
Rzeczy dzieją się z jakiegoś powodu. Jesteś tego pewna. Jesteś tego pewna, ponieważ w swojej Istocie wiesz, że wszyscy jesteśmy połączeni. Tak, jesteśmy jednostkami, odpowiedzialnymi za nasze osądy i posiadającymi własną wolną wolę, ale mimo to jesteśmy częścią czegoś większego. Niektórzy mogą nazywać to zbiorową nieświadomością. Inni mogą nazywać to duchem lub siłą życiową. Ale niezależnie od tego, jakie słowo wybierzesz, zyskujesz pewność siebie, wiedząc, że nie jesteśmy odizolowani od siebie nawzajem ani od Ziemi i życia na niej. Poczucie łączności pociąga za sobą pewną odpowiedzialność. Jeśli wszyscy jesteśmy częścią większego obrazu, to nie możemy krzywdzić innych Istot, w tym Gai, ponieważ będziemy krzywdzić samych siebie. Nie wolno nam wyzyskiwać, ponieważ będziemy wyzyskiwać samych siebie. Twoja świadomość tej odpoweidzialności prowadzi do decyzji i działań, które są manifestacją Kochającego Stworzenia.
Pewna jedności ludzkości, jesteś budowniczym mostów dla ludzi z różnych kultur. Wrażliwa na niewidzialną rękę, możesz dać innym pewność, że istnieje cel poza naszym nijakim życiem. Poczucie wzajemnych powiązań podtrzymuje cię w obliczu tajemnic życia.
Co pozostaje, gdy nie ma już nic?
Strach. Wibrująca, krążąca energia, która, gdy płynie, przynosi kolejny kawałek sztuki życia. Nowy początek, który znajduje swoje sposoby na stworzenie szerszej sieci połączeń. Połączenia w relacjach, ideach i przestrzeniach. Z tej małej iskry pochodzącej znikąd wyrasta unikalna forma energii, która ma swoją strukturę, kolory, dźwięki i intencje oraz nabywa coraz większą klarowność. Tworzysz coś nowego poprzez wkład energii, jak dmuchacz szkła tworzący transparentną formę, ale solidną i przejrzystą. Tworzenie zaczyna się od uwagi. Za uwagą podąża energia. Za Energią podąża Kreacja. Jako istoty ludzkie posiadające świadomość, mamy zdolność kierowania naszej uwagi w dowolne miejsce. W ten sposób możemy stworzyć wszystko. To nie jest magia. Jest to konsekwencja, choć całkiem magiczna.
Przeżywając życie jako swoje Ja, możesz wybrać karmienie swoich części i stworzyć więcej własnej bańki rzeczy, do których jesteś przywiązana. Możesz posiadać więcej bogactwa, tworzyć silniejsze tożsamości i więcej wewnętrznych światów, które sprawiają, że czujesz się bezpiecznie. I to działa. Daje satysfakcję na pewnym poziomie. Jednak na głębszym poziomie czegoś brakuje. Jest to zapomniane uczucie, we wszystkich ciałach, że jesteś połączona z przestrzenią wokół ciebie. I możesz wciąż zapominać lub udawać, że możesz żyć w separacji. Rzecz w tym, że możesz nie czuć się połączona, ale nigdy nie możesz być odłączona. Nie jest to możliwe. Informacje płyną do ciebie nieustannie, czy tego chcesz, czy nie. To, co jest w twojej woli, to otrzymywanie ich lub nie. To, co tworzysz, jest wyborem. Możesz tworzyć z miejsca swojego Ja, gdzie wiesz, jak się sprawy mają, co robić, co działa, i powtarzać te same wzorce. W tym celu musisz użyć dużo energii, aby wywrzeć na siebie taką presję, abyś postępowała zgodnie z własnym planem, nie zauważając, co przestrzeń próbuje ci powiedzieć. Jesteś zorientowana na rezultat i aby nadal podążać swoją ścieżką, musisz znieczulać się od impulsów pochodzących z twoich uczuć, ponieważ mogą one zakłócać twój tor. Ilość strategii wykorzystywanych w tej misji pochłania większość twojej energii. Ryzyko w takim przypadku polega na tym, że moc Ewolucji nie przepłynie przez ciebie, co moim zdaniem jest siłą, która sprawia, że twoje życie jako Istoty na Ziemi ma sens.
A gdyby tak spróbować czegoś innego? Coś, co jest o wiele bardziej żywe – puścić wszystko, co wiesz i otworzyć się na impulsy z przestrzeni? Jak by to było być trzymanym przez coś większego i podążać za impulsami z chwili na chwilę. Twój umysł może zapytać „Jak?”. Jak nie podążać za automatycznymi reakcjami mojego ciała, jak przekierować swoją uwagę i jak wiedzieć, co robić dalej. Wszystko to zaczyna się od zauważania. Bycia obecnym w chwili obecnej, bycia uważnym w swoim strachu i obserwowania swojego wewnętrznego świata. W tej małej przestrzeni zauważania i strachu tkwi siła zmiany. W tym jednym momencie otwierasz się na wszystkie inne możliwości niż te, które znasz. Nadszedł czas na świętowanie. Zauważyłaś lukę.
Życie jest nieprzewidywalną, nieliniową, dziką kolejką górską pełną wrażeń, intensywności doświadczeń i ruchu. To balet Kreacji. Zatańczysz?
